I bought this pan to replace an older plan whose teflon coating was giving up and flaking away. I didn't realize that the raised pattern on the bottom of this new pan would cause that much of an issue. We have used it four times and it's always a mess to clean. Definitely not a fan.This frying pan is so good I ordered a second one! Soak a bit and it cleans very easily. Textured bottom keeps most things from sticking badly. Highly recommend.DISLIKE I cannot rate this but 0 ...I have used T FAL frying pans All the time & KNOW how to prime the pan ....the first time I used this particular pan ...everything stuck & was cooking unevenly UNLIKE all the T FAL frying pans I had before.....not sure if I was sent a knock off pan ....I was going to send back & write a letter but sadly instead I threw it out .....Great pan for stove top and oven. Easy to clean and maintain.nice panLove this pan. I prefer stainless steel to non-sticky chemicals.I highly recommend.I used it for steak, burger, eggs, even crepes!ciento decirles que me desiluciono esta compra del sarten , se pega todooooo, no ay manera de hacer comida sin que se pegue , muy decepcionado por la compra .Everything stick onto it except vegetables and very difficult to clean. The pattern on it makes it even worse. Very disappointed.Durable
