This set is easy to clean. However, the material used is a lot thinner than I expected.I was skeptical buying these because of some of the reviews. My set was I'm perfect condition. They're easy to clean(I hand wash only-personal preference). It's a great starter set! Very happyI love this set of pans This is the third set of pans I bought online I had to return the other two sets they were terrible so happy I found these the price was good and so easy to clean and even cooking Would definitely recommend to friends and family thank youMy husband is hard on cookware! Even though we have wood, plastic or silicone implements he manages to scratch and gouge every pot or pan he uses. When we remodeled our kitchen I gave him his own cookware in his own drawers so at least my cookware was no longer subject to assaults. I regularly replaced his small sauce pans due to the damaged nonstick interior. Last year I bought him a 1 qt Cuisinart sauce pan in this line, and was amazed to see that after a year of use it still looked new! When I found the entire set on sale on Amazon I couldn’t resist that bargain price. Now we both have cookware that looks great, is dishwasher safe and works well on our gas cooktop.These isn’t high quality cookware that will last for the rest of your life but if this is your price point for a set of cookware they aren’t bad.I’ve had this set for two years and they have done the job they need to do. After two years of near daily use the bottoms are warped and the nonstick coating is starting to chip.These hold up decently well to regular use and abuse. I have an electric stove which I think was rough on them. I also would throw them in the dishwasher. Had I not been so rough on them they probably would have lasted longer.If I was looking for a cookware set below $100 I would buy these again.Pros:-Light weight and easy to maneuver-Comfortable handle for smaller hands and solid grip even if handle is greasy- silicone sleeves on handles prevent burns when picking up the lid or pot- Food doesn’t stick but after 2 years the non sick costing is starting to chip- The selection of cookware in the set will cover the majority of your cooking needs- Doesn’t take up a lot of spaceCons- Can’t handle high heat applications. - Searing and browning isn’t great. If you want to sear get a cast iron or carbon steel pan- Forget about fond is not happening in these pans- You can’t put them in the oven (not sure if they can supposedly go in the oven but I wouldn’t put them in there)The utensils in this collection do not generally transmit heat evenly, which is one of the worst things I can think of to say about a pot or a pan. I wouldn't buy the set again.Very even heating I am VERY pleased with these pots and they look nice alsoNot so heavy but cooks wellI felt it was time to finally retire my old, mismatched stainless cookware and replace with something brighter and more functional. Everything stuck to the bottom of my old Lagostina pots and pans not to mention the fact that they were a pain to scrub and keep the stainless steel looking good. Ultimately there were stains that just wouldn't come off. I've had two pieces from this Cuisinart set - the 1 qt. saucepan and the covered saute pan - and cooked my oatmeal in the small saucepan for almost 10 years. Contrary to comments I've read in other reviews, if you always use a wooden spoon or spatula, the non-stick coating remains pristine. The two pieces I've had over all these years certainly have. Any cooking residue basically comes away from the pan with warm, soapy water with no strain or fuss. The enamel still looks new on both pieces as well and I've cooked everything from stir-fries to corn on the cob in the large covered saute pan. When it came to replacing my other cookware, it was a no-brainer to go with the whole set of this Cuisinart product line. I've still got my two original pieces and will continue to use them along with all of the new pots and pans I just purchased. Just a quick caution to anyone looking to buy this set as well....careful to order what you want/need. I originally placed my order quickly focused more on price than on what I was getting and ended up with the 9-piece set that doesn't include the large 3 qt. saucepan and the stock pot is considerably smaller. This 11-piece set is absolutely perfect for anyone who likes to cook as much as I do.So far the product is beautiful and definitely Cuisinart. The description is inaccurate unfortunately. It says it comes with a 3 quart saucepan and lid and it does not. Just the 1 and 2 quart saucepans. The 6 quart saucepot is actually 5 quarts. I specifically bought this set because it had everything the exact size I wanted... And turns out it doesn't have the one pot size I use the most. I can make do with the 5 quart one as I have another 6 quart that's still in good shape. Please fix your description to specify the 9 piece set, not the 11 piece set! Otherwise great value for the product. Will update once I've used it for a bitTechnical specs say that this is "Induction Cooktop Compatible", but it's not. Now I have to return it. Get the specs right....Great set. Lifetime warranty. The price is amazing. They're super light which is great because. I have rheumatoid and they look great. Very pleased!Good as expected although a bit lighter than other products. Amazing delivery time (received the next day before noon time with regular no-charge shipping). Excellent packaging (the whole set with complete package was put in another corrugated cardboard box). Recommend this set at the price of CAD 99.99.
