We got this to put in our master bathroom remodel. The packaging was great, all the parts and pieces were well secured. I installed it myself. it was pretty straight forward install. I was on the fence about this because I was worried about the water pressure of a rain head. We decided to try it anyways. The water pressure was great, and I think it even came with a water pressure restrictor that I didnt install, but I think the pressure would have been fine with that as well. Its not really clear, but you can run both the rain head the wall spray at the same time if you split the difference on the diverter knob. This is how my wife and I run it about 90% of the time. Very happy with it overall. I took one star off because i was a bit concerned with the casted thread. They were slightly deteriorated and I was a little concerned that they might leak. After a lot of thread tape and testing I was feeling good enough to seal the wall.This is true quality I love this shower head, customer service is fast,excellent and professional. I just wish the hand held mount moved a little.Could not be more pleased with how this shower operates. Huge shower head that provides an average stream of water flow like a hug of water. It is nice to have the hand held head for those hard to reach spaces and when you need a harder spray. Easy to use. Had a professional install. Met our color needs. Feels sturdy and even though it's not name brand I believe it will last a while.I needed a remodel. The prior shower head was at my kids teeth level. The new rain shower head was a little quirky to install to face the right direction. Other wise nice quality and a classic timeless style for my 70s house
